Hi my name is Mikey Wright chief instructor and founder of Movements and welcome to the Beginners Tai Chi foundation course.
Tai Chi is a form of exercise and moving meditation that has been practiced for centuries as a therapeutic, healing routine. Its mindful movements are the perfect antidote to the stresses and anxieties of our busy modern lives.
This course has been specifically designed for complete beginners and those with little or no experience in Tai Chi and with its slow moving low impact exercises its also suitable for all ages and levels of ability.
So whether your just starting out in your Tai Chi practice or your simply looking for a low impact invigorating and enjoyable form of exercise this course will be a fantastic starting point for you.

Mikey has also studied rigorous meditation practices for a number of years under the personal guidance of leading authorities in meditation and mindfulness.
Mikey specialises in creating a holistic approach to teaching, emphasising physical and emotional development, well being and the creation of positive relationships in all of his programmes.
